Normally we love this location, but for the last two months or so it has consistently deteriorated in quality, competence & customer service. Orders are regularly wrong and we are met with indignant attitudes and condescending remarks - that’s right even us old folks can hear through the drive-thru window. I understand everyone starts somewhere, but the Gen-Z approach to customer relations is a sad joke, and by extension, this location has become one as well.

We stopped by Andy’s Frozen Custard in Round Rock late in the evening and tried a few different items from the menu. The Nutty Waffle Crunch was my favorite—it had a nice mix of creamy custard, nuts, and crunch in every bite. We also tried the banana split, along with a couple of other desserts, and everything tasted really good. It was a nice place to satisfy a late-night sweet craving, and there were plenty of options for everyone to choose from. We enjoyed what we tried and would come back again to explore more of the menu. #Austin Texas

We drove by and saw lots of families and teens in the parking lot, so we stopped by to see what the fuss was about. We got two concretes: frozen custards swirled with your filling of choice. He got peanut butter cups and mine was Oreo. We REALLY enjoyed these. So much so that we expect to return regularly all summer.

My original review was 8 years ago and 5 stars. I just deleted that though because after a few recent visits it's really gone downhill. My family and I always come when it's strawberry shortcake season and I truly don't know if it's just this location or if andys just completely changed their recipe BUT the usually warm shortcake was cold and like chewy and stiff so just really not good. It almost tasted uncooked but it was clearly cooked. The strawberries were also frozen and that really affected the flavor in not a positive way. We tried the strawberry shortcake twice now thinking the first time was a one off bit it was exactly the same experience the second time so its just a real bummer that we can't enjoy that treat here anymore.

Delicious brownie sundae with pieces of brownies, cherries, pecans and melted chocolate on the top, too sweet for my taste but it was really good and beautifully presented. The regular size is just perfect ! We were served very fast by a friendly, polite young man, clean place outside with benches, nice first experience!
